Show the customer and their staff how to use the till for their day-to-day work and hand over a working system.
Set your own charges for hardware, installation, setup and training. Agree these directly with the customer and charge for them separately from the Megal EPOS software subscription. These charges are in addition to your recurring commission: 20% of each successful eligible subscription payment, giving you £5 for a full £25 monthly payment per till.

What does a reseller provide and charge for?
You supply the hardware, install and set up Megal EPOS, and train the customer. You can set and agree your own charges directly with the customer for hardware, installation, setup and training. These charges are separate from the Megal EPOS software subscription and are in addition to your recurring subscription commission.
How is commission calculated?
You earn 20% of the GBP subscription amount actually paid for each eligible referred till, after discounts and refunds and before PayPal processing fees. Amounts are rounded to the nearest penny. A full £25 payment earns £5. Trials, unpaid invoices and failed payments earn no commission. These rules apply to subscriptions linked to your approved account; existing payments are not retrospectively commissioned.
When will I be paid?
Each successful payment has a 30-day hold. Commission that has completed the hold by midnight UK time on the first of a month is included in that month’s payout. For example, a payment collected on 10 October completes its hold on 9 November and can join the 1 December payout. PayPal processing and account reviews can delay receipt. Megal pays the payout sending fee. Your PayPal account must be able to receive GBP; PayPal may charge for currency conversion.
What happens with refunds, disputes or cancellations?
Full and partial refunds reduce commission proportionately. Disputed payments can pause payouts while reviewed. Reversed payments earn no commission. If commission has already been paid, the adjustment is deducted from future earnings and any outstanding balance remains due. Cancelling a subscription stops new commission when payments stop; valid earlier commission remains subject to these rules.
How are referrals assigned?
The customer must use your referral link or enter your code before starting licence checkout. The subscription stays linked to that reseller. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are not eligible. New subscriptions created later need the referral link or code again. Referral links do not grant access to a customer’s till or Back Office.
What does joining involve?
Applications are emailed to info@megalsoftware.com for manual review. Megal will contact you about approval and the next steps; submitting this form does not activate a reseller account. You must control the PayPal email you provide and give accurate information. You are an independent reseller and must describe Megal EPOS accurately. You are responsible for your own tax obligations. Accounts may be paused while misuse, payment details or disputes are investigated. Contact support@megalepos.com for account changes, payment questions or to leave the programme.
